Jesper's eyes/sight
I've been considering what's going on with Jesper's preference to keep his eyes closed. I think a lot of it stems from having a light sensitivity and a preference to feel his way around. He will squint to help aid him at times, but it is such a small squint that it would be hard to actually see his eyes.
However, in the dark, there are times he will open his eyes freely and maneuver less clumsily. He does not have a preference for being in light or darkness, though. Both are comfortable for him, he's just a little less likely to hit into things in the dark.
His iris are white, but the scleras are black.
I like to think Yarrow illuminates some light on this little freak in the dark and it is. Spooky.
